Technical service

Technical service provides all technical activities related to direct demand and the handling of orders. It transfers the information contained in the technical norms, external and internal technical conditions and special customer requirements to production. Considering its extensive experience with steel production and the vast database of domestic and foreign norms it guarantees that Poldi steels are constructed exactly to customer requirements and in compliance with all the standards. The work of technical service is also linked with consultancy for customers, where the service staff are able to suggest which brand of steel has the optimal properties to suit the application in question.
